Apple Cinnamon Cheesecake
Ingredients
2 1/2 c White self-raising flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 c Demerara sugar
1/2 c Butter
1 1/2 c Apples
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Sour cream
preparation
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4. Use a 23cm/9 inch round cake tin. Grease and line the cake tin. Peel, core and chop the apples mix lemon juice and keep aside.sieve the flour and keep aside.
Prepare pecan crumb topping
Take a mixing bowl and add mix castor sugar, cinnamon and pecan in bowl and keep aside.
Cake batter
Take a mixer with a wire whisk and beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and mix together for 5 minutes or until combine together. add egg one at a time combine and remove from machine and mix flour, vanilla, sour cream with spatula and levelled the batter. add pecan crumble on top and bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
