Moroccan lamb Tagine
Moroccan tagine is a famous in all arab and europe because of its taste and simplecity. Tagine means conical pot that you see in this picture. authentically its cook on a charcoal on slow wire steaming.

Ingredients :-
1 Kg Lamb
1 Ltr Lamb stock
2 Pcs Onion
5 Pcs Tomato
50 Gms Ginger
5 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Gms Saffron
1 Tsp Turmeric
2 Tsp Coriander
2 Tsp Cumin powder
100 Gms Potato
100 Gms Merrow
100 Gms Capsicum
100 Gms Bell pepper
20 Gms Green Olive
1 pcs Parsley
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a big bowl and put all whole spices, ginger garlic paste, olive oil, onion sliced,
Slice onion and pealed tomato and slice it too.
Pealed potato and cut into wedges.
Clean marrow, capsicum and bell pepper and cut lengthwise.
Method of cooking
Take a pan put water in it and add onion and tomato in it. Boil until tender well strain the water and make the paste of onion tomato and keep a side.
Take a pan heat oil and add ginger garlic paste add chicken in it and saute.
Add turmeric, coriander, cumin powder and stir time to time.
Add onion tomato paste and chicken stock water into it.
Then add all veggies and saffron water into it. cover lid and cooked on low flame.
Until chicken become soft and tender.
At last add parsley and serve hot in tajine dish.
